CQC Regulation

Why we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

What it means

The CQC are an independant regulator of health and adult social care in England, who's job is to ensure that health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to continuously improve.

We are proud to have become a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated clinic in May 2023. Being independently regulated means that we are confident in our ability to continuously deliver the highest standard of care.

There are five questions the CQC ask of all care services, which focus on the things that matter the most to the pulblic. The following ‘key questions’ of each service are as follows:
